Our Co-op Classrooms...
The children enrolled in Co-op range in age from 18 months to 4 years.  They are assigned to small groups depending on their age/ability.

A Typical Co-op Day...
Your workday begins at 9:00 a.m.  We begin by setting up our classrooms with games, manipulatives, and other materials from our Resource Room based on the weekly theme outlined in your curriculum binder.  We also incorporate music, books, and felt-board stories.

9:30 a.m.- Arrival/Playground
Standard enrollment and non-workday children arrive at Co-op.  Children begin their day with a few minutes of playground play.

9:45 a.m.- Big Circle
This is a time of all groups to come together for opening activites led by our teacher, Ms. Michele.  We do the Pledge of Allegiance, Day of the Week, Weather, etc.  After a few songs, the children are dissmissed  to their groups.

10:00 a.m.- 12:30 pm
Each group follows its own schedule of indoor and outdoor activities.  These include:
Playground Time
Indoor Activity Time-

Outdoor Center Time- messy play, paint, playdough, bubble play, cooking, etc.  We have even played with snow!
Teacher Time- a special group time with the Co-op teacher, Ms. Michele, which consists of age appropriate learning activities
Snack/Story Time- nutritious, sugar-free snacks and fruit juices are served each day.
